Toddlers - Free Online Colouring In Pages

  • Artists Helping Children - childrens outstanding primary resource which not only features online painting and printable coloring in pages, but also arts and craft ideas. This brilliant site has 1000's of ideas split down in to age groups ... great for older kids too.
  • Colouring Book Info - lots of your favourites to print out and colour. Choose from classics like 101 Dalmations, Peter Pan and Winnie The Pooh or select one of the newer characters like Harry Potter, Peppa Pig and Ben 10.
  • My Free Colouring Pages - packed with things to do you can choose the online colouring in section or printable, black and white outline drawings, to use with crayons and paints. There's a picture maker option too. Lots of fun.
  • Scrap Colouring - a fantastic new FREE, childrens online colouring in resource with online painting and pictures to print. Use a variety of brightly coloured patterned pieces to complete online pictures.
  • Ukiland - discover the world with Uki on Cbeebies, colour online or printables

Toddlers - Printable Colouring Pages

  • Backyardigans - even if your child isn't a fan of this programme it's worth having a look at the colouring in section of their Nick Junior site. The simple line drawings are arranged in themed packs to make the whole thing lots of fun.
  • Bear In The Big Blue House - all your favourite Big Blue House characters ... cute and engaging for pre schoolers who love to colour in.
  • CBeebies - nicely organised site allowing you to choose by show or theme and also giving you a selection of recommended picks. Your toddler will be excited to work with their favourite Cbeebie's characters.
  • Colouring Castle - must see site ... stuffed full of a wealth of different topics and certainly plenty to choose from.
  • Dot To Dot - print out the pics ... join the dots ... color them in. The drawings are of a high standard and will give all kids a great sense of achievement.
  • Fisher Price - great simple designs which are easy for small fingers to colour in with their favourite crayons.
  • Free Colouring - huge resource for children of all ages from toddlers through to older kids, split in to easily accessable catergories.
  • Learning Planet - print out the alphabet. Each letter has it's own outline in upper and lower case along with a picture to colour in.
  • Primary Games - a HUGE selection of childens drawings with some suitable for toddlers but well worth sifting through to find the ones that will be appropriate to this age group.
  • Teletubbies - still a favourite with toddlers. Make and colour masks, finger puppets and a height chart as well as printable pictures of the Tubbies to use with your coloured pencils.

Older Childrens Colouring Resources

  • Activity Pad - a selection of childrens online painting books with a variety of themes including Christmas and Halloween designs which will be a useful starting point when it's time to start making your decorations
  • Dinosaurs - kids are fascinated by dinosaurs and will love these dinosaur pages, where they can learn all about the different types and then decide to paint online or print out pictures of their favourites to colour in.
  • Enchanted Learning - an A to Z of animal pages to paint online. When the kids have finished colouring in you can read interesting facts about each animal and learn as you go. 
  • Kendra's Colorings Book - lots of animals, patterns and themed pictures to keep you busy colouring for hours. There's also a monthly competition so you can try your luck.  
  • NAHB Colouring Book - we had lots of fun playing with this site. Choose the size of the crayon, the colour then off you go ... just like the real thing ... but online!   
  • Colouring Castle - must see site for kids of all ages absolutely packed with colouring pages, all free and on all kinds of themes ... check out the mandalas and geometric designs for a stunning end result.
  • Colour that Pokemon - exactly what it says on the tin! Pokemon fans will love finding their favourite characters - Over 200 to choose from.
  • Crayola.com - an extensive childrens colouring resource from the makers of the Crayola Crayons. Over 1000 pages, plus tons of childrens craft ideas. Create cards and certificates and there's also ideas for outdoor fun and games.
  • Enchanted Learning - tons of animal colouring in pics to print out and complete with your favourite paints or crayons. Pretty safe bet that if you want a specific animal you will find it here.
  • Fairy Children - we love fairies and so this site is right up our street. Beautiful detailled drawings to print out and paint probably more suited to older children but still worth a look.
  • Free Colouring - a wealth of pages for children of all ages from toddlers through to older kids neatly organised in to themes but dig deeper ... lots and lots of pages on this site.
  • Make Emily's House - Emily Elizabeth is Clifford the big red dog's best friend. Print the house, color it and stick it together to make a model. Older kids can add collaged detail too.
  • National Geographic - life like animal coloring pages to print out and colour with a little bit of information to help learn about them. Perfect if your child is doing a school project.
  • Primary Games - a selection of childrens drawings and free colouring books - with some detailed enough for older kids. Click on a category and then choose the picture to print.
  • Scooby Doo - still as popular as ever Scooby Doo is now entertaining a whole new generation. Intricate designs to complete and put up on your childrens  bedroom wall.
